30 Days Easy Return/Exchange

At StarCustom, we adhere to high-quality control standards to ensure that all products we ship are in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in new condition. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

 

Am I Allowed to Return or Exchange the Order?

You can return or exchange most items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Our return policy is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags. Any product that does not meet our return policy will be shipped back at the customer's expense. We offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy.

 

1. Wrong Size, Defective, Missing Items, or Items Significantly Different from Our Store Description

Customers should contact us within 3 days of delivery and email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund.

 

2. Order Cancellation/Change Order

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Hoodies ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. Please ensure the size and specifications are correct before submitting your order. If the order has already shipped, we will not be responsible for any additional costs to correct it.

 

3. Incorrect Delivery Address

We ship all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. If shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during checkout, we will not be responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve a package.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not reimbursable. If an item is defective, we will replace it with a new one and issue a return label for the product.

 

Replacement

We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. To receive a replacement more quickly, customers may place a new order for the same item, and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product upon completion of our return process.

 

Please note: Returns that violate this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. A restocking fee of up to 50% will be charged if items are returned without original packaging and/or in original condition.
